Why we use email instead of forms

To minimise data collection and protect contributors, ARISE.SPACE follows a privacy-first approach and does not use web submission forms. Forms usually store information such as IP addresses and browser metadata in databases. Proposals are accepted by email instead: this lets participants decide what information they wish to share and avoids storing personal data in the platform’s own database.

Privacy and security

All proposals are reviewed manually. Applicants are notified by email about the status of their submission.

If your proposal lacks some information or needs clarification, we will contact you by email to discuss the details and continue the conversation about the intervention.
